miniature coral reef sculpture

these are some pictures of a massive miniature coral reef i did for a sculping class, theres alot in the jar, which stands 9 inches tall and 5 wide, although the area used is smaller. i wanted the busy feel/look of an actual coral reef. i used photos of fish from aquarium sites as well as some books and seething some in pet stores moving around. there are 2 octopi although the coconut octopus( violet one) isnt visable in the jar photos. i love them because they have the most interesting poses. the small fish photos were taken with a webcam before i got my camera so excuse the 3MB resolution!
