this is made of 2 books some glue and a few feathers oh and a weeeee bit of wire in the branch.

the book/nest is 1 book that i mercilessly butchered with an exacto knife then fluffed up. the bracn has the wire in it.

the bird is the 2nd book cut in layers and still connected by binding, then carefully shaped so there would be no creases in the paper but still hold the form and volume and glued to keep shape.the head body and feet were then added to it and are just more paper crumpled up and glued.wraped to the wings

Both hands held their breath
as he approached stage  exit.
